UpGrade to Aromatherapy
Add to any Service
Aromatherapy uses essential oils that are thought to have healing properties. These oils are the concentrated essences taken from the flowers, fruit, seeds, leaves and bark of certain plants. There are about 400 essential oils, but only about 40 are commonly used in aromatherapy. Aromatherapists believe aromatherapy can boost well being, relieve stress and help to refresh your body.. Aromatherapy massage uses essential oils derived from plants to achieve therapeutic benefits. In aromatherapy massage, essential oils are usually mixed with a carrier oil like coconut or grapeseed oil. A relaxing aromatherapy massage, for instance, might have lavender or bergamot, while a massage for sore muscles might include peppermint and eucalyptus. Before your first aromatherapy massage session, your massage therapist will conduct an initial consultation with you to learn about your desired outcome. They might ask about the current state of your work life, home life, physical health and mental state to learn about what you need. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, check with your doctor to see if this type of massage is safe for you.

Kettle Care Organics Arnica Rub
What makes our Arnica Rub simply the best?
Well, we start with an oil infusion of Wildcrafted Arnica, handpicked here in the Rockies. To that we add Organic Calendula, Organic Chamomile and Organic Lemon Balm hand harvested at local farms. After the oil is saturated with this botanical goodness, we add pure Montana Beeswax and cups of powerful essential oils.
The result is a powerful formulation that is bursting with soothing Made in Montana goodness.
UpGrade Cupping Therapy
You can have the experience of cupping added to your service at no extra charge, another one of Natural Elements many perks.
The modern world of healing has embraced another wonderful ancient technique, which has been used extensively in Chinese medicine for several thousand years. By creating suction and negative pressure, the skin will redden, indicating that circulation has been brought to the surface. Massage cupping is used to drain excess fluids and toxins; stimulate the peripheral nervous system; bring blood flow to stagnant muscles and skin; and loosen adhesions, connective tissue and stubborn knots in soft tissue. If you would like to experience this we offer it as an add on to any treatment. Silicone cups only.
This treatment may leave round circular marks (not bruises) that my last anywhere from hours up to 2 weeks.
Add On A Facial Massage
Customized non-exfoliating facial massage using organic skincare products by Kettle Care Organics or a Doterra facial system, moisturizing or acne formulas available.
Add on Foot Scrub
You may add a mini reflexology session with a foot treatment using an organic salt or sugar scrub followed with a thick moisturizing peppermint or lavender lotion from KettleCare Organics.
Reflexology with Foot Scrub
Reflexology is a type of bodywork that focuses on applying pressure to the specific nerve zones in your feet. Unlike other foot massages that intend to mostly relieve tension in the feet themselves, reflexology is a far more in-depth science that aims to harmonize your entire body. According to reflexology, every part of the human body is mapped into your feet. Reflexology treatments have been found to be highly effective for conditions such as allergies, headaches, and depression.
Followed with an organic salt or sugar scrub followed with a thick moisturizing peppermint or lavender lotion from KettleCare Organics.
Hot Stone Massage
One of the many high end perks of Natural Elements is that we do not upcharge for the use of hot stones!
Hot Stone Massage is a style where heated stones are placed at specific sites on your body and used through out the massage to deepen relaxation and promote circulation in your muscles. Muscles that are heated with stones release tension and stress much more deeply and quickly than with a traditional massage. Absolutely melting the knots in your muscles. The overall experience is very relaxing, nurturing, and rejuvenating.
Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.
Mountain Serenity CBD Massage
A CBD Massage Can Help You Recover Faster From a Day on the Slopes, Hiking, Biking or Just Working Hard!
The products will not get you high but is applied to the skin during a massage and can reduce pain, inflammation, and much more. CBD cream has natural anti-inflammatory effects that can effectively soothe sore muscles and joints. It encourages the body to speed up the healing process, and is beneficial in relieving anxiety, as well as gastric distress.
Burn Treatment: There are many reports of people using cannabis topically to treat burns. There are several studies where a car exhaust burn was treated with 1/2 cannabis cream, and 1/2 burn ointment. After only a few days, the side treated with cannabis was showing significantly more healing compared to the other side.
Treatment for Skin Infections: There are many types of skin infections that seem to improve with cannabis. The most common skin infections, eczema and psoriasis, seem to benefit most from the anti-inflammatory properties of the CBD and THC contained in the cannabis plant.
Pain Management: The same compounds that help with inflammation, CBD and THC, also have significant pain relieving qualities. Studies with rheumatoid arthritis patients, have shown promising results with relieving pain within the joint, as well as reducing the inflammation and swelling associated with this condition.
Improves Skin Health: Unlike smoking cannabis (which produces carcinogens and damages skin) applying cannabis topically can actually improve the health of your skin, resulting in improved elasticity, reduced acne and more youthful-looking skin. Also, many users have reported increased blood flow through the skin, as well as faster healing of small cuts, scrapes and bruising.
Anti-Inflammatory: Swollen joints are painful, and can greatly reduce ones overall quality of life. One of marijuana's oldest recorded uses is relieving swelling and inflammation. After applying cannabis infused topical to the affected areas, many users have experienced less pain throughout the day and an easier time sleeping at night.
Ashiatsu Massage by Beth Thomas
Ashiatsu Deep Tissue Massage (by Beth Thomas Only)
Ashiatsu (foot pressure) is a barefoot massage technique using comfortably deep gliding pressure over your body. Gravity enables Ashiatsu therapists to deliver up to 3x deeper pressure than with traditional hands-on treatments. Bars overhead are used by the therapist during the massage session for balance and support. Combining gravitational force with centripetal and centrifugal movements, Ashiatsu techniques are used to create a structural change in chronically tight muscles and soft tissues. This translates to a deeper relaxation with “pain-free” gliding strokes that stimulates the lymphatic system, creating a full-body calmness and well-being.
