Ben Schwartz was trained in the art of bodywork at Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY. While there he learned a variety of modalities including myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, neuromuscular therapy, polarity therapy, reflexology, movement-based trager techniques that bring kinesthetic awareness, and the japanese modality of shiatsu, which works with the body's natural energy meridians. Ben finds being in the forests and mountains to be rejuvenating and draws on the energy found in nature to balance himself and those he's massaged.

Abby Yarus Born and raised in Montana I have always had interest on helping others find peace and joy in their lives - so I gravitated toward massage. I believe my friendly, youthful disposition and genuine interest in bettering clients lives enables me to give truly effective massages to help people live their lives with less pain and stress. I prefer doing deep tissue work alongside Neuromuscular therapy to help clients who struggle with repetitive every day muscle strain. And of course I am always beyond happy to help a client unwind from a busy day with a soothing hot stone accompanied massage. So whether you are in search of a deeper massage to alleviate your stubborn sore back from work, looking to release bound up muscles from a day on the mountain or are just seeking a warm relaxing massage to melt away stress- please feel free to book with me- I would love to meet you!
