Ben Schwartz

Ben was trained in the art of bodywork at Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, NY. While there he learned a variety of modalities including myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, neuromuscular therapy, polarity therapy, reflexology, movement-based trager techniques that bring kinesthetic awareness, and the japanese modality of shiatsu, which works with the body's natural energy meridians. Ben finds being in the forests and mountains to be rejuvenating and draws on the energy found in nature to balance himself and those he's massaged.

Corinne Bognacki

Corinne is a Southern California native, who moved to Whitefish in 2019 in search of fresh powder and all the natural beauty this corner of the world has to offer. She graduated in 2011 with a Bachelor’s in Kinesiology from Cal State Fullerton. Later, she attended National Holistic Institute of Massage Therapy, where she received a certificate in Advanced Neuromuscular Therapy. She specializes in medical, pathology driven massage, with an emphasis on the mind body spirit connection. Having studied myofascial pain referral patterns and the application of specific, targeted trigger point therapy, she is highly equipped to help facilitate healing. With Corinne, a focus will be put on posture and range of movement assessment, biomechanics, corrective actions, and stretching and strengthening recommendations. Long term, compassionate and knowledgeable care is the name of the game concerning anything from chronic pain, to athletic and overuse injuries. Let’s go move about these mountains pain free together!
